  • Canned diced tomatoes
  • Tomato paste
  • Ground cumin

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced onions and bell peppers, sauté until softened.

  3. Add canned diced tomatoes and tomato paste to the skillet. Simmer the mixture until it thickens slightly, about 10-15 minutes.
